The Modifiable Woman
The following work is a part of an ongoing project called "The Modifiable Woman". This project began as an exploration into the ever-changing expectations put upon the female form. Using various digital and physical processes, I moulded different bodies, attempting to represent the modifiable way in which we treat aesthetics based on the current trends. Taking inspiration and studies from artists throughout different periods, I intended to explore the shifting trends and expectations throughout history.
Sketchbook Work
As this project progresses, I have found comfort in studying the human form in such a fluid way. The focus required when creating a study of the body has become a healthy remedy for the distorting impact that social media can have when digesting the typically edited and curated perspective that we are fed.

Fashion Senses Project
Fashion Senses aims to explore the accessibility of Fashion content for people living with sightloss. With the help of Isight Cornwall, I developed a project that focused around multisensory fashion imagery, as a way to communicate visual aesthetics through touch and sound.
